1. design resources: capable to complete all the machine design; capable to optimize current design  based on past experiences; R&D team closely tracks domestic and foreign advanced technology

2. 3D design capacity: all design engineers have 3D design capacity

3. Enterprise Standards for Mechanical Fluid Drawing Design (Format, Symbol Library, Self-Made Parts Standard Library, Material Selection, etc.): Tianyong has established its own Design Standard Library, and manuals for standard products are available for customers to make menu-based customization choices.

4. Drawings approval process: Tianyong has a strict drawing approval process, from proposal phase to design phase, through simulation, at the same time not less than three times of special review, senior engineers to check the drawings.

5. Whether the key components are capable of FMEA analysis and simulation: Tianyong carries out FMEA analysis and dynamic simulation for all the projects required by customers; Tianyong has body-welding department, and has reasonable human resources allocation (except for the restriction of project schedule required by customers).

Electrical control capacity      

1. Human Resources in Control/Electrical department: Tianyong has 68 Electrical Control Engineers, including electrical design, programming and debugging. 35 of them are senior engineers.

2. Electrical control drawing design and software: all electrical design engineers are skillful to use E-plan and CAD.

3. Is there an enterprise standard for control/electrical software design (template, function block, version management, etc.)?Tianyong combines Volkswagen, Ford and SAIC standards, and has its own standardized version of drawings.
